Terms of Service
By purchasing a commission from me, you agree to these terms. Failure to follow these terms may result in your commission being terminated, or you being blacklisted from buying from me.Please fill out the Commission Form if you are looking to purchase. It makes my life easier.• I do not consent to the creation of NFTs made from my art.• I obviously can't stop large image generation models from using my art, but if for some godforsaken reason you choose to train an image-generating AI on my art, either discuss it with me first or don't do it.• Commissions take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months; from September to April I am in university, and I'm very busy. Please feel free to check in with me any time about the status of your commission. I will happily give updates on if it is or is not started/its status.• All business discussion is done through either Discord messages (lavillastrangiato) or email ([email protected]).• All prices are in USD and are processed through Stripe or Paypal invoice. Stripe does not require an account to pay with, only a credit card or credit-debit card. If you're unable to use Stripe, talk to me and we can discuss alternate methods.• I ask for payment upfront. I don't start work on the commission until I'm paid.• Please have a reference or description prepared before we discuss details. Even a stick figure drawing of a pose is fine.• I retain all rights to my work. I may use commissions for; self-promotion, samples of commissions, and social media posts.• Don't use the commissioned artwork for commercial usage unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand. Essentially, if it makes you money, I'd like appropriate compensation and we should discuss that.• You can use the art for anything personal that doesn't make money; edits you post on TikTok, RP banners, tabletop character art, etc.• If you want to repost or reupload the commission, you must provide credit and ideally, a link to my social media or Carrd.• In order to make sure the commission is going how you like it, I'll send screenshots from the process so that any revisions may be asked for as needed. Should your revisions diverge too heavily from the initial description or are very frequent, extra charges may apply.• Should you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch stage, I offer a 100% refund.• If you cancel the commission during the lineart stage, I offer a 50% refund.• If you cancel the commission during the colouring stage, I offer a 25% refund.• If for some reason I cancel the commission, 100% of the payment will be returned to you.• When a commission is cancelled before it is complete, you may keep the incomplete art. Please do not have the commission finished or altered by any other artist without discussing it with me prior.

CHARACTER SKETCHES
Quick character sketches with no colours and minimal shading. All are $10.
Additional fees
Additional fees will be discussed prior to payment, and I don't include post-commission fees without discussing it with the commissioner.It should also be noted that these fees are applied when the commissioner has a specific request they want included in the commission. For example, if the commission ends with a simple background of a single colour, I am not including that in the commission fee.
Simple additional elements are $5. These are things like extra accessories, holding a specifically-described personal effect, or simple weapons like a knife.
Moderately complex additional elements are $10. These are certain kinds of small arms (pistols, revolvers), medium-sized tattoos/markings/patterns, or small, detailed fresh injuries (a bleeding wound).
Very complex additional elements are $15 and can go up to $25. These are extra characters, large, detailed weapons, very detailed tattoos/markings/patterns, heavy injuries, or more than one of a medium-sized element.
A simple background is $5. This is a simple pattern or inclusion of an element.
A moderately complex background is $10. This is basic or sketchy blocking-in of a background, like grey and blue for city buildings, or a sky.
A very complex background is $15 and can go up to $25. This is a detailed rendering of a scene or area with specific details included at the commissioner's behest.
